Q：Can you do the design for us ?
A:Sure,your own design/sketches/pictures are welcomed.OEM/ODM are both welcome.We have professional designers and sample maker team,so you just inform us and we can copy samples as original one.
Q:How to get a sample from you?
A:Sample time is 7-15 working days.The sample fee is $50-60/style.All sample fee can be refundable after issued order.
Q:How much is shipping fee?
A:Sample by Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx).Shipping goods by seas or air.Shipping fee depends on your quantity.
Q:What is your payment terms?
A:For bulk production,Usually we support L/C ,T/T.Deposit 30% by T/T in advance,the balance 70% to be paid before shipment (after inspection).Small quantities payment by Paypal or Credit Card.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:Our factory has 20 years experiences in plush toys manufacture.We check the finish toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.
Q:About the delivery time.
A:Usually, it is 35-45 days according to your quality. it also depends on the logistics efficiency of your country,it requires at least 15-30 days of urgent order .But you may pay more money.
