Returns and Refund

We are responsible for all our products and provide full customer satisfaction. If your product is faulty, you can return them within15 days of receiving time. You will have to pay the shipping fee to get it back to us and you will get your refund.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed from the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, email us at You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. You are obligated to offer the photos, and videos of defects of products as claim proof.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your mutual product to arrive may vary. If you’re sending an item in excess of $ 40, you should consider using a shipping service to track or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are some situations where refunds are only partially refunded with the return of the item (if possible). Item is not in original condition, it is damaged or parts are missing for reasons, not due to our fault. Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once having received and checked your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether to accept or decline your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or form of payment, within a certain number of days. Late or lost refunds (if possible) If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or other 3rd Payment tools like Papal , it may take some time before the refund is officially published. Then contact your bank or payment platform. Wholesale orders follow the clause of < INCOTERMS>, all the bids need to be listed in sales confirmation, the offer confirmed by both sides, and any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation.

4.Track Information and shipping advice

You can track the shipping info from website, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons,the 3rd logistics reserve the rights to separate or combine your parcels for orders. B/L,Waybill,other multi-modal transport document will be advised after shipment, which was stipulated within sales confirmation in advance
