Free shipping on orders over $40,except for heavy goods

Bulk production payment via T/T,L/C, please email us the quotation

All products delivered from China,For B to C,we deliver the each parcel door to door via UPS, Fedex,DHL,EMS and other 3rd party logistics,ensure the best shipping effiency and time. B to B purchase order by Sea shipment

2. Shipping Time

  If you are not in these areas, you can contact us at [email protected] or chat with us by online customer support to consult about any product’s delivery regions.Once the order is generated, we will ship it in 3-5 working days, Shipment by sea for bulk production requires at least 25-45 days,according to the cargo carriage of each port, Except for special reasons and irresistible reasons
Please kindly notice that during peak sale season, the delivery time of packages may take a little bit longer

3. Custom Tax

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by the country’s law. Bunnyhello is not responsible for any tax invoice,except for agreement by Incoterms

4.Track Information and shipping advice

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons,the 3rd logistics reserve the rights to separate or combine your parcels for orders. B/L,Waybill,other multi-modal transport document will be advised after shipment, which was stipulated within sales confirmation in advance
